Kevin Davison MA.RNLD.PgD(ed)HCP.RNT.PT

Director, Supported Living Property and Care Specialist

Kevin is a registered learning disability nurse with over 39 years’ experience supporting people with learning disabilities or mental health care needs. He was a Staff and Community Nurse in the North East before going on to set up a successful group of companies which employed over 300 staff supporting people with learning disabilities in the Midlands and the North East. After selling the group Kevin worked closely with several national care providers in a business development capacity.

Having owned and operated a supported living division Kevin understands the various elements that create successful supported living schemes which ensure the best possible outcomes for the people who live in them. He brings that clinical experience and knowledge to Riversdale Homes to ensure that the needs of people are our driving force. Kevin works closely with carers, families, care providers, local authorities, ICB’s and other stakeholders.

Robert Davison LLB (Hons), CA

Finance Director

Rob is a chartered accountant who qualified with Ernst & Young in Cambridge. He has experience in fast growing businesses, leveraged finance, private equity and M&A leading several transactions as finance director before founding Riversdale Homes. Rob has worked with several PE houses on transactions which have required syndicated lending and has led multiple projects helping fast growing groups establish themselves in new jurisdictions. Rob read law at university.

Having watched his parents run a successful care business focusing on learning disabilities he brings his experience in finance, transactions and law to Riversdale Homes to help support as many people as possible to live in high quality settled accommodation.
