Our experienced housing and care management team have a plethora of practical experience gained over long and varied careers and as such have a substantial body of knowledge in respect of developing bespoke property and care solutions. We have merged professional experiences gained in Health and Social Care, Housing and Finance to provide a fresh and creative approach to person centric housing.

At Riversdale Homes we do not have vast teams of project managers, architects, surveyors etc as we know that these roles are inherently available in the local community and that projects should be based upon the “Think Local Act Personal” principle. We strongly believe in putting something back into local communities and that includes supporting the local economy. Developing local housing links at a granular level can only offer additional opportunities for potential tenants to become involved in the development of their own supported and settled accommodation (a person`s own home).

Our housing team know that the care and support based outcomes of an individual with some form of need are inherently linked to the type, location and appropriate construction of a bespoke environment. Getting this blended transparent approach right from the initial stages of the property development will, alongside high-quality enablement, have a direct effect on how that person will achieve their goals and aspirations.
